That is why Nubes Consulting is founder-led.
Clients work directly with the company’s Founder & CEO on important technology decisions, architecture direction and delivery strategy. When additional skills are required, we bring in experienced specialists and delivery teams around the problem.
This keeps senior accountability close to the client while giving each engagement the engineering capacity it actually needs.

Over the years, I have worked with enterprise technology programs where decisions had real operational, financial and business consequences — from cloud migrations and legacy modernization to architecture, DevOps, SRE and large-scale delivery.
My work sits between strategy and implementation. I help organizations understand what should change, what should stay, where the real risks are and how to move from architecture decisions to working systems.
I founded Nubes Consulting Digital to build the kind of technology company I would want to work with myself: independent in its recommendations, senior in its delivery and accountable for the outcome.
I stay personally involved where my experience creates the most value — especially during discovery, architecture decisions, transformation planning, critical delivery stages and technical assurance.
As the engagement grows, I work with senior architects, engineers, DevOps specialists, SREs and delivery leaders selected for the actual problem rather than for a predefined vendor stack.

Experience behind Nubes Consulting
The company is new. The problems we work on are not.
Nubes Consulting builds on years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, critical infrastructure and complex transformation programs.
That experience includes large-scale cloud migration, data-center transformation, cloud operating models, architecture governance, legacy application modernization, monolith decomposition, DevOps, platform engineering, SRE and technical delivery leadership.
The common thread is not one cloud provider or one technology stack. It is working with systems that are important enough that architecture, migration and operational decisions need to be made carefully.
We bring that experience into Nubes Consulting as reusable methods, architecture patterns, delivery practices and lessons learned — while treating each client environment as its own problem.
