Legal basis	Our legitimate interest in replying to you, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where we rely on consent — for non-essential cookies — we ask for it separately.
Recipients	Suppliers who process data on our behalf under contract, principally hosting and email providers. No data is sold or shared for third-party marketing. Disclosure may be required by law.
Retention	Up to twelve months for enquiries that do not lead to an engagement; for clients, the duration of the engagement plus the period Spanish law requires.
Your rights	Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
