Public Cloud Infrastructure

Design and implement scalable infrastructure on AWS, Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Build Cloud Infrastructure around your workloads

We design and implement secure, scalable public cloud infrastructure for business-critical applications, digital platforms and data workloads.
We are cloud agnostic. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and other public, regional or sovereign cloud providers are options — not predetermined destinations.

Typical scenarios:
New applications and platforms – build production-ready infrastructure from the start.
Growing cloud workloads – remove capacity, performance and architecture limits.
Infrastructure modernization – replace manually managed or outdated cloud environments.
Resilience improvements – redesign critical workloads for higher availability and recovery.

How does Public Cloud Infrastructure work?

We combine compute, networking, storage, security, resilience and automation into infrastructure designed for the real requirements of each workload.

What is public cloud infrastructure?

Public cloud infrastructure provides the compute, network, storage and supporting services required to run applications and data platforms. Good architecture connects these services around clear requirements for availability, performance, security, cost and operations.

From workload requirements to production-ready infrastructure

We start with the workload rather than a cloud service catalogue. Availability, performance, data, security, growth, operating model and budget define the architecture.
We then select the cloud and services that provide the best fit and implement the environment through repeatable automation.

We provide:
Cloud infrastructure architecture
Infrastructure as Code implementation
Resilience, backup and recovery design
Performance, cost and operational readiness

Frequently Asked Questions

What is public cloud infrastructure?

Public cloud infrastructure is the compute, networking, storage and related cloud services used to run applications and data workloads on infrastructure provided by a cloud provider.
We design these components as one architecture around your availability, performance, security, cost and operational requirements.

How is this different from a cloud landing zone?

A landing zone creates the shared cloud foundation: account structure, identity, governance, common networking, security controls and platform standards.
Public cloud infrastructure is built inside that foundation for a specific application, platform or workload.
For example, the landing zone may define how networks and security work across the company, while the workload infrastructure defines its compute, load balancing, storage, availability and scaling.
I strongly recommend keeping this FAQ because it makes the separation between your first two services immediately clear.

Which cloud providers do you work with?

We are cloud agnostic.
We work with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and other public, regional and sovereign cloud platforms where they are the right fit for the workload.
The provider is selected based on technical requirements, existing investments, skills, data location, cost, resilience and long-term operating needs.
This wording is better than presenting Nubes as a four-logo consultancy. Kyndryl, for example, supports several major public clouds, while IBM’s architecture framework explicitly promotes selecting the best platform for each workload.

Do you only build Infrastructure as a Service?

No.
Virtual machines may be the right choice for some workloads, but public cloud architecture can also use managed databases, storage, load balancers, serverless services and other provider capabilities where they reduce operational effort or improve the solution.
We select services based on workload needs rather than forcing everything into either traditional IaaS or cloud-native services.

Do you use Infrastructure as Code?

Yes.
We use Infrastructure as Code to make infrastructure repeatable, reviewable and easier to maintain.
Depending on the environment, this can include Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation, Bicep or other provider and client-approved automation technologies.
Automation is also a core recommendation in major cloud architecture frameworks because it reduces manual work and configuration differences between environments.

How do you design highly available cloud infrastructure?

We start with the business requirement rather than automatically building the most expensive architecture.
We define availability targets, failure scenarios, RTO and RPO, then decide where redundancy is needed across instances, availability zones, regions, storage and supporting services.
A business-critical platform may justify multi-zone or multi-region design. A development environment usually does not need the same level of redundancy.
Microsoft’s mission-critical guidance follows the same principle: resilience architecture needs to reflect availability requirements and explicit design trade-offs.

Can you improve infrastructure that already exists in the cloud?

Yes.
Many clients already have working cloud infrastructure but face problems with performance, reliability, cost, security or manual operations.
We can review the current environment, identify architectural weaknesses and improve it step by step instead of rebuilding everything simply because a newer pattern exists.

Who operates the infrastructure after implementation?

That depends on your operating model.
We can hand the infrastructure over to your platform or operations team with Infrastructure as Code, architecture documentation, monitoring requirements and operational guidance.
If ongoing support is required, the environment can move into our Managed Cloud Operations service.
This keeps the separation between the two services clean:
– Public Cloud Infrastructure → design and build.
– Managed Cloud Operations → operate and continuously improve.
